CARING FOR OUR GUESTS AND OUR COMMUNITY
Information for TLC guests
As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to impact our communities, we would like to reassure our visitors we are complying with all the precautions and recommendations prescribed by the World Health Organization and the Australian Government Department of health.
Contactless Check-In
When you arrive at TLC, please visit the reception and check-in using the NSW Service app using the QR code on the reception door.
Staff Personal Hygiene Measures
At TLC we practice all the recommended personal hygiene measures to protect against infection, these measures include: Effective hand washing, wearing masks when required, practicing the mandatory social distancing and staying home if showing any of the following symptoms – fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath.
Tent Cleaning
Sheets and towels are commercially laundered at 60 degrees.
All frequently touched and minimally touched surfaces including door handles, bedrails, table-tops and light switches are cleaned and disinfected.
Guests responsibility
We ask that guests help to keep us safe and practice the same hygiene measures as our staff as outlined above. If you start to develop any COVID signs or symptoms we ask you that you call Bega Hospital (02) 6491 9999 and present yourself for testing, follow their advice and instructions. If you do need to isolate or leave early due to COVID please let our staff know via phone 0477614275 or email info@TanjaLagoonCamp.com.au. Please avoid coming into close contact with any of our staff or other guests at the camp if you are feeling unwell.
