Do I need to bring water?
No. PLEASE DO NOT BRING plastic bottled water! We have delicious UV filtered rainwater for your drinking pleasure in all the tents.
Please help us to minimize unnecessary waste and packaging wherever possible.
Are there food and petrol outlets closeby?
Tathra is a 15 minute drive south. It has petrol, a local IGA supermarket, butcher, a pub (traditional hotel), bottle shop, post office, several cafes and a fine dining restaurant (Fat Tony’s).
Bermagui is the closest town to the north (35 minutes) with petrol, supermarkets, butcher, bottle shop, bakeries and many dining and retail outlets.
Is breakfast included?
A selection of local produce breakfast items are provided for your first morning, (a gluten free option is available, please let us know).
We also provide locally roasted ground coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in your self-contained kitchen.

Can I bring children? Is TLC suitable for children?
The Tanja Lagoon Camp setting is a wonderful place for children to explore the natural world. Therefore it is our goal to welcome families without detracting from the quiet nature immersion experience of others. See more
What activities can we do during our stay?
We have kayaks and canoes available for you to use on the lagoon ((life jackets are supplied). We also have a bush walking map from TLC to Middle Beach which takes about 20 minutes each way.
There are many opportunities to immerse yourself in nature close by or day trips to national parks, local beaches and arts and culture events, or taste the delights of our region at cafes and produce markets.
