Minimum Stays – 2 nights
NSW/ACT Long Weekends – 3 nights
NSW/ACT Summer Holidays December / January / April September 3-5 nights
NSW/ACT Easter Weekend – 4 nights

Rates are based on 2 adults.

Inclusions:
Rates include free use of canoes and kayaks, firewood and a light selection of lovely local produce items for your first breakfast (muesli, milk, bread, honey, tea, coffee, sugar). Kitchens are stocked with salt/pepper and olive oil. All linen and basic toiletries are provided.

Additional Costs:
Twin Share an extra $50 for the full stay (Eco cabins already have twin share set up).
Extra adults are an additional $100 per/person, per night and subject to availability and overall camp capacity. Only available in Buru and Eco cabins.
Children (up to 16 years) sleep in a swag, a traditional Australian canvas bedroll with a thick mattress made-up with quality sheets, quilt and pillow. Additional cost is $25 per/child per night, max 2 per cabin/tent or 3 in the family tent. Lomandra and Melaleuca tents are adults only unless you are booking both.

Exclusive use of Meeting Place – Commercial Kitchen, toilets, showers, spacious lounge & dining area, accessible wheelchair access, large outdoor deck. Available for private bookings. Find out more here.

Cancellations:
Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 48hrs or less prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Damages, losses and guest responsibilities

a) Tanja Lagoon Camp (TLC) will endeavour to take all possible care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of equipment, merchandise or other property left on the premise during and after a guests stay. We advise that guests arrange their own insurance to cover such damages and /or losses.

b) Guests are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the property, fixtures or fittings.

c) Guests accept the physical risks involved in staying in this natural setting.

d) All children under 12 years old are required to be supervised by an adult at all times. There are dams on the property and the tents are situated close to the lagoon.

e) When using TLC canoes life jackets must be worn.

f) During their stay at TLC, guests are expected to abide by the principles of Leave No Trace camping – Respect wildlife, Leave what you find, Dispose of waste properly, Minimise campfire impacts, Be considerate of other users – please keep noise levels low, please do not play music audible by others.

We do our best to create a wilderness experience however, the property has nearby neighbors.
