Children at TLC
Tanja Lagoon Camp is a wonderful place for children to explore the natural world. It is our goal to welcome families without detracting from the quiet nature immersion experience of others.
Children can be accommodated in Buru, Spoonbill, Samphire and Burrawang. The extra cost is $25 per child per night.
Our Buru safari tent is separate from the other tents and the layout inside allows for up to 3 bush swags to be rolled out on the floor. The swags are made up with the same luxury bedding as the adults.
Our luxurious Spoonbill tent with a bathtub can be set up with 2 swags for children.
Our new Eco-cabins, Samphire and Burrawang are set up with a queen bed, single bed and a roll away single bed allowing for 2 adults and 2 children.
Now that we have a group meeting place with a commercial kitchen, the camp can be booked exclusively by multiple family groups allowing up to 12 adults and 13 children. Enquire here.
There are dams on the property and the tents are situated close to the lagoon therefore children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We ask families to be mindful of other guests’ desire for privacy and a quiet nature experience.
