TLC Visitors COVID-19 Guidelines Information sheet

Due to the current circumstances we will be flexible with changes to booking dates. If for COVID-19 related reasons you are unable to stay with us, we can postpone your booking to a later date.

We would like to reassure our visitors that we are complying with the precautions and recommendations prescribed by the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government Department of Health

We are a registered COVID Safe business.

Staff personal hygiene measures

At TLC we practice all the recommended personal hygiene measures to protect against infection.

These measures include:

Effective hand washing

Practicing 1.5m social distancing

Tent cleaning

All bed linen and towels are commercially laundered at 60 degrees

All cooking and eating utensils and equipment are hot washed with detergent.

All frequently touched surfaces including door handles, zippers, bedrails, table-tops, chairs and light switches are cleaned and then disinfected with an antiviral agent.

All blankets, throws, and life jackets are swapped out for each new guest.


There is no need for check in. There are no keys to pick up and payment has usually been made in full before arrival.

When guests reach the reception there is a map board with their name on it and directions to their tent.

Host phone numbers are provided.

Guests responsibility

We ask that guests help to keep us safe and practice the same hygiene measures as our staff as outlined above.

We also ask that if guests are showing any of the following symptoms – fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath – they delay their visit to the Camp.
