Dining In
We highly recommend planning at least one night of your stay dining in. The late afternoon light and sunset views from your deck are often spectacular.
Since we have no restaurant on the property we have set up each tent to be fully self
contained. The kitchens have everything you need to cook a fine meal.
In our tents there is a BBQ in the breezeway with a hot plate, grill and side burner and inside the kitchen there is a microwave oven, full fridge and freezer, an induction cooktop and a toaster.
In our eco-cabins there is a microwave, two gas burners, a full sized fridge and freezer, cooking equipment and a quality gas BBQ is provided on your deck, overlooking the lagoon.
Your kitchen will be stocked with locally roasted ground coffee, tea, sugar, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
A selection of delicious local produce breakfast items for your first morning will also be provided on arrival.
Local Product Breakfast
On arrival your tent will be stocked with a selection of delicious local produce items for your first breakfast. Our aim is to source local, organic and sustainable products.
Brookfarm Organic Muesli (gluten free is available on request), Tilba Real Dairy Milk, delicious sourdough bread from Drift in Tathra, locally roasted Wild Ryes coffee grounds, bega valley eggs, organic butter and pure local honey.

The Bega Valley offers a range of quality organic local produce. There are markets on most weekends, see local produce market calendar.
Bega Produce Markets are held every Friday in Bega from 8 am to 1pm. Bermagui Growers Market is also held weekly, refer to the link above.
